Bowen; 12. I bet the print version is great but my kindle version was not.. Rarely do I feel ripped off from a book that doesn't deliver, but this one qualifies. Rawlinson; 6. In particular, the author's disciplined chapter titling forecasts the general attitude of these "philosophers of the material world." Skip Adam Smith and read Thorsten Veblum if you're interested in how American economics looked to an American after Smith's philosophies began to take hold---or if you'd like an unexpectedly hilarious view of what the robber barons did and why. His views are insightful and as dispassionate as an Englishman of the time could be. Sometimes as much as 10 or 12 steps were made in text alone and it can be slightly confusing without a demonstrating photo.
To sum it up, this was a fine book and I learned a little bit. I LOVE this book. The people who saved me and took care of me, yes they are evil probably, I will keep an eye on them. I picked this book up in a bookstore, not h
