Editorial : "There's no question the Rooney Rule has changed the NFL's culture Reaching this point was a long, difficult road, which N. Jeremi Duru explains in his outstanding new book, Advancing The Ball." --Jason Reid, The Washington Post"A masterpiece of social inquiry, depicting an important modern-day civil rights story. Duru tells a persuasive story, in a compelling way. The book reads like a legal drama with character development, thick descriptions, suspense, and seemingly insurmountable obstacles to overcome in the fight for race reformation in the NFL. Duru's impeccable ability to tell a compelling non-fiction story is a highlight of this work." --Law & Politics Book Review"Former Cleveland Browns offensive lineman John Wooten kicked of the campaign that led to the ending of discriminatory head-coach hiring practices. With mixed reviews pelting the web about Hank Haney's controversial new tell-all about Tiger Woods, I appreciated this no-nonsense look at what exactly happened to Tiger's once impenetrable focus on the golf course. What I wanted!. The complete road map is here with the interesting pictures to learn what happened actually around those years from 1914 onwards. Rarely do I feel ripped off from a book that doesn't deliver, but this one qualifies. If only more courses would permit teaching this way.. Of course, Essany adds absolutely nothing original here. In the beginning, his character is full of flaws. I look forward to second and third follow-on books to further enrich the security community.
(Disclaimer: I received a free review copy from the publisher.). fantasticï¼Âcan't believe the speed! thank you. I'm hoping that as they become a part of my mind, ears, fingers, and soul, I will be able to transfer some of Michael's lines, harmonies, and ideas to my own playing
