Drucker sees the Phoenician alphabet as the most direct source of all the alphabets in use today and her final illustration in this chapter (p.48) is a chart that depicts her rendition of the linguistic development of alphabets. This is not a strong publication nor selling point for PACKT publishing and causes me to reconsider their product line. Her approach to step back, reflect, assess, and then agree on how to move forward with implementing an achievable plan is crucial to collaborating effectively and productively.
